The hotel had a remote location to next year's event. Moreover, it's really close to good restaurants nearby and beautiful Norfolk pines. This was my very nice stay for a wedding.

The location was great and unbeatable, to the living area which was great. I stayed in the room that was clean and recently refurbished and available with cable TV and bedroom, for instance. The breakfast was marvellous, the check in was early;)))

The hotel rooms at Embassy Suites By Hilton Raleigh Durham Research Triangle in Cary are spacious and recently renovated. They come equipped with central heating, a TV with cable channels, and a coffee maker. The location is excellent, with easy access to the airport, nearby corporate offices, and attractions in Cary.

-The abundance of plants -Sound of the waterfalls -Grand piano with flower arrangement displayed on top of it -Cooked to order breakfast items / nice presentation of food -Well staffed with polite, attractive & clean cut men & women -Spacious, sound proof rooms -Facility very clean -well planned, comfortable areas for socializing

-No one played the grand piano during the 3 day stay.

The carpet in hallways was very loose to where it trips you when you walk. Also called down to front desk Saturday morning asking for someone to bring us more coffee and sugar no one came! We stopped the cleaning lady and asked her for some.

The location is great, surrounded by many restaurant options. Easy check-in and late check-out services are convenient. Parking is readily available in the area. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful Norfolk pines and other tropical foliage.

The room was exceptionally clean and well-appointed with 2 double beds, and I slept very well.

The hotel was perfect with excellent people from check-in to check-out. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with bedroom as well as microwave as expected. Actually everything was well-maintained, my next choice again in Cary. the hotel was a fantastic choice with friendly staff from the moment of arrival to departure. The Wheelchair Accessible room not only met expectations but also featured a bedroom and microwave, making for a comfortable stay. The well-maintained facilities make it my top choice for future visits to Cary.

There have been reports of some issues with understaffing at the front desk, leading to difficulties in getting assistance.
